Submit An Order

Submit design plans

- Submit design files or inform us of your design plans and ideas;
- Design files can be submitted via WeChat, email, Google Drive, etc.;
- Vector graphics format (preferred): Ai, cdr, eps;
- Other formats: Ps, png, jpg and other image files (high-definition pixels and not less than 300dpi must be provided);
*If only image files are available, our company can arrange for a cooperating designer to redraw the image into a vector graphic. The cost of redrawing the image will be quoted based on the complexity of the design. Once confirmed, the cost of redrawing the image will be incurred and will be the customer's responsibility.

Production

Design

- After understanding the design plan and ideas, we will provide a rendering for approval as soon as possible;
- If modifications are needed, we can provide up to 5 modification opportunities.

Production lead time

- The general lead time for products is:
Macau: 7 working days and up;
Hong Kong: 10 working days and up.
- Hoodies, jackets, windbreakers, and other products require a lead time of 15 working days and up;
- If there are any modifications to the order, the lead time will be recalculated.
*The lead time is subject to actual sales;
*If the final order needs to be cancelled, we will charge a sample fee starting from HK$500.

Customization Payment

Payment methods

Macau: Bank transfer, cheque, JETCO Pay, MPAY, and cash payment (credit card or UnionPay can be used for payments over $500).

Hong Kong: Bank transfer, cheque, FPS (Fast Payment System), PAYME, and cash payment.

Mainland China: Alipay, WeChat Pay.

Hong Kong: Unit F1, 23/F, Block 2, Golden Dragon Industrial Centre, 162-170 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung.

Inspection of goods

- Count the total quantity of goods in the store;
- Upon receipt of the goods, please inspect the quality of the products as soon as possible. If any problems are found with the goods, please get in touch with the relevant salesperson within 48 hours, and we will do our best to cooperate in resolving any quality issues;
- The goods are customized products, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. If there are quality issues, we only accept exchanges and not returns;
- The finished products will be based on the final confirmed design, and we do not accept non-quality issues that differ from the last confirmed design;
- We are not responsible for any damages after washing the goods.
