Hong Kong or Macau’s Delivery Service
All Hong Kong and Macau orders will be arranged for delivery using SF Express courier service and provide mail tracking service. In-stock product orders will be processed within 3 working days after payment confirmation, and parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days. We collect a prepayment of HK$30 for shipping and offer free delivery for orders over HK$600.
Hong Kong or Macau customers can pick up their orders at a designated branch. Generally, the goods will be delivered to the selected branch within 5 working days after placing the order, and we will notify you by email when the goods have arrived and are available for pickup. (Please only go to the branch to pick up the goods after receiving the notification.)
Mainland China
For Mainland China, we use SF Express E-Express for shipping and collect a prepayment of HK$70* or more (based on the item's weight). Please note that SF Express may contact the recipient to request identification documents for customs clearance.
International delivery services
We currently offer shipping services to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We choose the relevant courier company based on the shipment's destination and provide mail tracking services. We also collect a prepayment for shipping based on the region (based on the item's weight). In-stock product orders will be processed within 3 working days after payment confirmation. The parcels will be delivered within 7-16 working days (depending on the destination). There may be delays due to customs clearance after the package arrives at the destination.
Shipping Status

Lost/Returned Packages
After the package is shipped, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The order will be sent to the address provided by you during the order processing. Suppose the address provided during the order processing is incorrect, or the recipient cannot receive the package and needs to be resent. In that case, we will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to lost or returned parcels.
Modification of Information
Please ensure that your order and shipping information are correct. If you need to change your order information (contact information, shipping address, or purchased items), please email us at mcuniformhongkong@gmail.com as soon as possible to contact us. Once the goods are shipped, customers must pay additional fees charged by the Hong Kong Post or SF Express if any changes are made.
Product stock
In most cases, when a product displayed on our website is out of stock, the product will show a 'sold out' icon or message. However, in some cases, the product may appear in stock when you place your order but may actually be out of stock due to inventory changes. When this happens, we will notify you immediately that we cannot fulfill your order. The out-of-stock product will be removed from your order, and we will not charge you for the product and arrange for a refund.
Custom Authorities Information
Your order may require customs clearance procedures, which may cause the delivery time to exceed our estimated time. When the goods are shipped to the destination, the local customs will assess the duties on the package, and you may be responsible for import duties and taxes. All clearance fees will be your responsibility, and you should check with the local customs authorities for details. If you refuse to pay the clearance fees, the transaction may be canceled, and the order will be fully refunded.
*Reminder: If the product is a pre-order item, the delivery time may be extended to include the time required to produce the product.
