We are happy to exchange regular-priced items (excluding discounted items, pre-order products, and customized items) that have not been used and are in their original condition, with relevant accessories and tags attached. If you need to exchange a product, indicate your order number and email us at mcuniformhongkong@gmail.com to contact us. Please note that all exchanges must be completed within 7 days from the day you received the goods. We apologize that refund requests will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange products by mail, you must bear the postage to return the goods. We strongly recommend that you use a registered mail service or provide us with a tracking number for the shipment, as we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you want to exchange products at our physical store, please get in touch with us by email first, as we need to move the products to the physical store and then confirm the arrangements with you. Exchange requests will only be accepted if you come to the store for exchange with prior notice to us.
Please note that exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
1. Including underwear/pants, socks, tights, and leggings (all intimate items, even if the packaging has not been opened, cannot be returned or exchanged)
2. Overseas products
3. Products that have been washed, used, or damaged after use
4. Modified products
5. Products without original labels, price tags, or packaging
6. Exceeding the exchange period
7. Discounted items (including discounted items purchased with discount codes)
8. Pre-order products
9. Customized products
Regarding Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Products
When an unfortunate situation arises where the wrong product is shipped, or the product is damaged, we apologize in advance. Please email us at mcuniformhongkong@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please also make sure that you have completed the following steps:
1. Take a photo of the faulty or damaged area of the product.
2. Please keep the faulty or damaged product or shipment in the original packaging and contact us by email for further assistance.
